14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Krafon. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases of monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Upgrade purchases (difference in price will be refunded)

This guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Add-on purchases after 14 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at:

Include in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Order/transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for refund request (optional, helps us improve)

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining days in the current billing period

To cancel:

  • Log in to your Krafon account
  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Click Cancel Subscription

Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Renewals of subscriptions (beyond the initial purchase)
  • Chargebacks or disputed payments (account may be suspended)
  • Services already rendered or consumed

Pro-Rated Refunds:

We do not offer pro-rated refunds if you cancel mid-cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.
