14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of Krafon. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time purchases of monthly or annual subscriptions
- Upgrade purchases (difference in price will be refunded)
This guarantee does NOT apply to:
- Subscription renewals
- Add-on purchases after 14 days
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at:

Include in your email:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID (if available)
- Reason for refund request (optional, helps us improve)
Processing Time:
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew automatically
- No refund will be provided for the remaining days in the current billing period
To cancel:
- Log in to your Krafon account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
Exceptions & Special Cases
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Renewals of subscriptions (beyond the initial purchase)
- Chargebacks or disputed payments (account may be suspended)
- Services already rendered or consumed
Pro-Rated Refunds:
We do not offer pro-rated refunds if you cancel mid-cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.
